final assignment
Becoming a critical consumer and producer of digital media
For your final assignment you will be creating a fake product, item or idea, and using one primary media form to present or ‘sell’ it.
Some potential media options include: a website, a video (mini-documentary or viral video) or an advertisement (web ad or commercial).
The goal of this assignment is to create the most convincing or sellable product/item/idea using the various media manipulation techniques or ‘tricks’ you have learned about in this MOOC.

Consider employing a variety of techniques to make your final product as convincing as possible.
Use the drop-down menu to navigate through the details for each task.
Each final assignment will be reviewed and peer-evaluated using the rubric found here, or in the drop-down menu labelled, 'Peer Evaluation.'
Although this is peer-evaluated, you may want to show it to someone who is not in the course first. Don’t tell them you made the piece of media and find out if s/he thinks it is believable. Did s/he think it was real?
Get some feedback from this person, revise your product as necessary and then submit your final product to the Dropbox link below.
